 Individuals wanting to understand the gender pay gap, and people in workplaces seeking to contribute to women’s       workforce and economic participation.


 To understand the persistent and complex social and economic factors that maintain the gender pay gap and how       investing in women ensures their success, whilst supporting your business to thrive. You may also like to take action     or advocate for action in your workplace to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate, work and earn to         their greatest potential.
